This beautiful new 2014 CLA250 was stopped in Atlanta trafficwhen a pickup truck plowed into the back bumper doing 60 mph! The first thingthe driverheard after the accident was the mbrace operator asking if he needed help and the police arrived a few minutes later. He walked away from this accident with only a bruised forearm. The car however, is not looking so good. It was towed into the Atlanta Classic Cars Collision Center today and it looks scary! I am so glad that my client is ok…and he has already picked out his next Mercedes-Benz!

As you may have seen everywhere on the interent recently, Mercedes has released the first official interior pictures of the upcoming AMG GT! This will be the second vehicle that AMG has created from scratch. It is not a replacement for the SLS, it is the next in the series!We have no information on pricing, official exterior shots, release date or availablilty. I would say your best bet is to put down a deposit with your local dealer ASAP and then wait for your amazing vehicle to arrive!

“The dashboard places an extreme emphasis on width, creating an impression of a powerful wing. This effect is supported by the four central spotlight-style vents and the individual vents at the left and right ends of the dashboard. The dominant centre console presents a correspondingly dynamic character: its shaping reminiscent of a NACA air intake and the employed materials suggest that it has been adopted directly from motor racing.”

The 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML400 4Matic will be arriving in August as a replacement for the current ML550. This new model will be a bi-turbo V6 with a long list of standard features and have improved fuel economy over the current V8. The only V8 variant for the US will be the ML63 AMG which will be manufactured in very limited numbers for 2015.

I just received an update on the 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL450 andthe latest information says:

“New 3.0L V6 biturbo engine in GL450 � same hp, same torque, improved Fuel Economy!”

The current2014 GL450 is listed at 362 horsepower and 406 lb/ft of torque. That is a heck of a V6!

So, is this the same engine that will be in the new ML400? No word yet…but it seems likely!
